The parcel is delivered against signature to the address chosen by the customer. The parcel is delivered to the relay point chosen by the customer. The customer is notified by e-mail of the arrival of his package at the chosen relay point. The Customer then has 15 consecutive days to recover it. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the company Mezzanine Paris, the customer will have to pay the costs for the package to be returned to them. Orders received from Friday to Monday inclusive will be dispatched on Tuesday morning.

Customer responsibility
The Mezzanine company reminds that it is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect his package upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person and to immediately notify the carrier and the Mezzanine company of any anomaly noted (shock, damaged package, date delivery that does not comply with the delivery service's normal deadlines).
