The Company MEZZANINE PARIS, with a capital of €5,000, whose registered office is located at 39 rue de l'Abbé Grégoire 75006 PARIS, wished to formalize through these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms and conditions of sale of its products applicable to Customer orders placed via its website: www.mezzanine-paris.com

Preamble
The list of products offered for sale online by Mezzanine Paris can be consulted on this Site.
The Customer and Mezzanine Paris agree that their commercial relations will be governed exclusively by these Conditions General Conditions of Sale.
Mezzanine Paris reserves the right to modify its General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site.
The General Conditions of Sale applicable to each order are those in force at the date of their validation on the Site.

Article 1. - Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of Mezzanine Paris and the Customer in connection with the sale online products offered on this site.

Article 2. – General provisions

Article 4. - Ordering Products and Services and Stages of Conclusion of the Online Sale

In order to place an order, the Customer must follow the following steps:

The Customer will receive in return confirmation by e-mail of payment for the order, accompanied by an acknowledgment of receipt the confirming. The delivery of the ordered products will be made to the address indicated by the customer.
For the purposes of proper execution of the order, and in accordance with article 1316-1 of the Civil Code, the customer undertakes to provide all elements of identity authenticity.
All orders placed on the Site are intended solely for the personal use of the Customer. As a result, the Customer or the recipient of the products is prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products ordered.

In accordance with Article L. 122-1 of the Consumer Code, Mezzanine Paris reserves the right to refuse the order if it seems abnormal (in particular due to given the quantities ordered), placed in bad faith or for any other reason of inadmissibility, in particular, when there is a dispute with the Customer concerning the payment of a previous order.

Article 5. - Price of Products and Conditions of Validity

The price of the products sold on the Site is indicated respectively by item and by reference, except for typographical errors. These prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order but do not include the delivery costs which will be invoiced in addition as specified to the Customer during the validation of his order.
For all orders shipped outside the European Union and/or DOM TOM, the price is calculated excluding tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be required in certain cases. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the seller. They will be the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. The seller therefore invites the customer to inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities.
At the time of validation of the order, the price to be paid corresponds to the total amount of the order.
The offers of products and their prices are valid as long as they are accessible on the Site within the limits of available stocks.
As such, indications on the availability of products may be provided to the Customer at the time of placing the order. Errors or changes may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same item by several customers. In the event of the unavailability of an article after validation of the order by the Customer, Mezzanine Paris will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible, proposing either to order another article presented on the Site as a replacement, or to cancel the order. If the Customer chooses to cancel the order, the refund will be made no later than 30 days from payment if the customer's bank account has been debited.
Mezzanine Paris reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the lists of products and/or the prices offered on the Site, it being specified that those in force at the time of the order will be those accepted by the Customer by validating the latter.
The Customer is duly informed that the illustrations, colors, photographs and description of the products are only indicative and do not enter into the contractual field. Mezzanine Paris cannot be held liable in the event of an error or inaccuracy.
The telecommunications costs inherent in accessing the site remain the sole responsibility of the Customer
The period of validity of product offers and prices is determined when the Site is updated.
Article 6. - Terms of Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of the order.
The customer will make payment by credit card
Payment of the amount of the order will be made exclusively through one of the following means of payment: VISA or MASTERCARD.
Payments by check and bank transfer are not accepted.
The transaction is debited from the Customer's bank card at the time of shipment and, after verification of the latter's data, upon receipt of the debit authorization from the company issuing the bank card used by the Customer.
Once the payment has been initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verifying this information. In accordance with Article L.132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable as soon as it is activated.
By communicating the information relating to his bank card, the Customer authorizes Mezzanine Paris to debit his bank card for the amount corresponding to the total amount of the order.
The Customer therefore authorizes his bank in advance to debit his account in view of the records or statements transmitted via the payment module, even in the absence of signed invoices of the hand of the bank card holder.
To this end, the Customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on the card is indeed his. The Customer communicates the sixteen digits and the expiry date of his bank card as well as, if necessary, the numbers of the visual cryptogram.
In the event that the debit of the total amount to be paid is impossible, the Customer will be invited to restart the payment process. If the impossibility of debiting is confirmed, the online sale will be automatically resolved immediately and the order will be cancelled. associated with this outstanding payment with a payment incident file implemented by a third-party organization. Orders to countries outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT. However, they are subject to any taxes and customs fees in the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
The customer is also responsible for checking the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the law of the country of delivery. We recommend contacting the Customs Service for more information.
Means of delivery
In Europe and abroad, delivery is made via various carriers: Colissimo, ... The costs incurred depend on the country of destination, the weight and the total volume of the items selected.
The choice of carriers offered to the customer depends on the destination of the package, its weight and size.
The costs and deadlines are indicated to the Customer before the final validation of his order.
Mezzanine Paris has chosen Colissimo as its main delivery solution.

- Standard delivery by Colissimo Recommandé
The parcel is delivered against signature to the address chosen by the customer. In case of absence, a delivery notice is left to the Customer in his mailbox, indicating the nearest post office where to collect his package. The Customer then has 15 consecutive days to recover it. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the company Mezzanine Paris, the customer will have to pay the costs for the package to be returned to them.

- Delivery to a relay point by Mondial relay
The parcel is delivered to the relay point chosen by the customer. The customer is notified by e-mail of the arrival of his package at the chosen relay point. The Customer then has 15 consecutive days to recover it. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the company Mezzanine Paris, the customer will have to pay the costs for the package to be returned to them. Orders received from Friday to Monday inclusive will be dispatched on Tuesday morning.

Customer responsibility
The Mezzanine company reminds that it is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect his package upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person and to immediately notify the carrier and the Mezzanine company of any anomaly noted (shock, damaged package, date delivery that does not comply with the delivery service's normal deadlines). In the event that such mentions have not been made on the delivery note presented to the Customer by the carrier, no complaint relating to the condition of the package(s) may be accepted a posteriori by the company Mezzanine.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to the company Mezzanine, which cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including in particular case of total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications).
The transfer of risks to the customer occurs as soon as the products are delivered by the company Mezzanine to the carrier. The products travel at the risk and peril of the customer. It is the same in case of sending or return of products carried out free of port.

During the withdrawal period mentioned in article 11 below, the Customer is responsible for the goods as guardian.In case of deterioration or destruction of the product during the custody of the customer, the latter will suffer all the consequences
The company will make every effort to inform the customer of the status of the shipment of his package, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Article 8. - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs”. “The period mentioned in the preceding paragraph runs from the receipt for the goods or the acceptance of the offer for the provision of services”. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the seller by email at contact@mezzanine-paris.com. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be subject to the right to reimbursement, the return costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of products are subject to to be carried out in their original condition and complete (packaging, labels, etc.) so that they can be resold as new.

Article 10. – Guarantees

Article 16. - Non-waiver

Article 17. – Applicable law
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
