For all orders placed, packages are prepared within 1 to 3 day(s), Monday to Friday, from Paris.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order.
You have several choices:
- Home delivery: La Poste via the Colissimo service which takes care of the shipping (Tuesday to Friday). Packages are delivered to the customer against signature.
- Delivery to a relay point: Mondial Relais which handles shipping (Tuesday to Friday). You can choose the collection point of your choice, however Mondial relay reserves the right to change the relay if the one selected by the customer is not available on the day of delivery. The Customer has 15 consecutive days to pick up their package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to us, the customer will have to pay the costs for the package to be sent back to him.
-Local Delivery: the order is delivered during the day by courier (order placed before 6:00 p.m.), the customer undertakes to ensure that he is available to receive his package and can be reached by telephone for the smooth running of the delivery. If necessary, the package will be automatically returned to us, the customer will have to pay the costs for the package to be returned to him. ** With the exception of personalized products which will be delivered within 24 hours (except Sundays and public holidays)
Mezzanine is pleased to offer you the shipping costs in France for any order over €200. This offer does not apply to certain bulky products such as furniture or certain fragile lighting fixtures - nor to local deliveries by courier.
- Collection in Store: We usually prepare your order within 24 hours, orders with personalized products are generally processed within 72 hours. As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification by e-mail or sms inviting you to pick it up. Orders not collected within 12 months after the date of the order, are donated to associations: We transform the inactions into good deeds!
We do our best to ship your orders quickly, once the packages have been transferred to carriers, we are not responsible for any delays caused by them.

R E T O R S & EXCHANGES
You have a period of fifteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period runs from the receipt of your order. The return costs remain your responsibility, but in the case of an exchange we will offer you the delivery costs of your new order.
To avoid any risk of breakage, all returned orders must be returned to us in their original packaging to the following address:

Items returned broken cannot be refunded.
Items not collected in relay that are returned to us cannot be refunded in the event of breakage.
Custom-made or personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable, this concerns:
- all embroidered products
- blown glass lamps.
