Shipping Policy


DELIVERIES

For all orders placed, packages are prepared within 1 to 3 day(s), Monday to Friday, from Paris.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order.

You have several choices:

- Home delivery: La Poste by the Colissimo service which takes care of shipping (Tuesday to Friday).

- Delivery to a relay point: Mondial Relais , which takes care of shipping (Tuesday to Friday). The Customer has 15 consecutive days to pick up their package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the company Mezzanine Paris, the customer will have to pay the costs for the package to be returned to them.

Mezzanine is pleased to offer free shipping for all orders over €200 (this offer does not apply to certain bulky products and /or fragile furniture type or certain fragile lighting).

We do our best to ship your orders quickly, once the packages are transferred to carriers, we are not responsible for any delays caused by this.

R E T O U R S & EXCHANGES

You have a period of fifteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period runs from the receipt of your order. The return costs remain your responsibility, but in the case of an exchange we will offer you the delivery costs of your new order.

To avoid any risk of breakage, any returned order must be sent back to us in its original packaging to the following address:

Items returned broken cannot be refunded.

Items not collected in relays that are returned to us cannot be refunded in the event of breakage.

Custom-made or personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable, this concerns:

- all embroidered products

- blown glass lamps.
